Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any Frequency House services.
By accessing our website, purchasing services, subscribing to software, attending events, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
Frequency House provides multiple types of services. Certain sections of these Terms apply only to specific services. Please review the section that applies to the services you are using.
Where a section applies only to a particular service type, that section controls.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services.
3. Accounts (General)
Some services require account creation. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Purchases & Payment (General)
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize charges to your payment method.
SECTION A: EVENTS, DIGITAL CONTENT, & PRIVATE SERVICES
This section applies only to live events, workshops, performances, digital content, and private or experiential services.
It does not apply to software or SaaS subscriptions.
A1. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final except as outlined below.
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
Technical access failure caused by Frequency House that cannot be resolved
Event cancellation by Frequency House
No refunds are issued for missed events, user error, or change of mind.
A2. Digital Content License
Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing without written permission is prohibited.
A3. Event Participation
Tickets are valid only for the specified event. Frequency House is not responsible for travel, lodging, or personal arrangements.
SECTION B: SOFTWARE PLATFORM & SAAS SERVICES
This section applies only to CRM, automation, software platform access, and SaaS subscriptions.
It does not apply to events, digital content, or private services.
B1. Platform Relationship
The software platform is powered by GoHighLevel.
Frequency House is an authorized reseller and service provider and does not own or control the underlying platform infrastructure.
Use of the software is also subject to GoHighLevel’s publicly available Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement, which govern the underlying platform.
B2. Account Types
Frequency House may provide:
White-labeled SaaS access
Standard SaaS access
Branding does not alter platform functionality, billing mechanics, or usage calculations.
B3. Data Ownership
Clients retain ownership of all business data created or stored in their account.
Frequency House does not claim ownership of client data.
B4. Administrative Access
Frequency House may access accounts solely for provisioning, support, maintenance, billing, and troubleshooting purposes.
B5. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees cover platform access and included features only.
They do not include usage-based charges.
B6. Usage-Based Charges
Usage-based charges may include, without limitation:
Email sending
SMS/MMS
Voice calls
WhatsApp
AI features
Third-party integrations
Usage is billed based on actual consumption, billed automatically, and is non-refundable.
B7. Payment Authorization
You must maintain a valid payment method at all times. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
B8. Past-Due Accounts & Data Retention
If an account remains unpaid for 90 days, Frequency House may permanently delete the account and associated data. Data recovery is not guaranteed.
B9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for monitoring usage, configuring automations, and complying with applicable laws.
SECTION C: TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICES
C1. Intellectual Property
All Frequency House methodologies, frameworks, systems, and materials remain our property unless otherwise stated.
C2. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
C3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frequency House’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
C4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frequency House from claims arising from your use of our services.
C5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
