2. Eligibility

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Purchases & Payment

All purchases (including digital products, subscriptions, event tickets, or other services) must be paid in full at the time of order, unless otherwise specified. We use third-party payment processors to facilitate payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount.

5. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.
Except as provided below, Frequency House does not offer refunds or credits for any purchases, including but not limited to digital products, subscriptions, user account fees, or event tickets.

Exceptions:
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Technical error: If you are unable to access or use a purchased digital product or subscription due to a technical error caused by Frequency House, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund. Refunds will be granted at our sole discretion upon confirmation of the error.

• Event cancellation: If Frequency House cancels an event for which you have purchased a ticket, you will be entitled to a full refund for the affected event ticket(s).

No Other Refunds:

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed events, user errors, change of mind, or any reason other than those specified above.

• By purchasing digital content or subscriptions, you acknowledge and agree that your access to these products is provided immediately and that you forfeit any right to cancellation or refund except as outlined in this section.

How to Request a Refund:
If you believe you qualify for a refund as described above, please contact us at tunein@frequencyhouse.com within 7 days of your purchase or the event cancellation. Include your order information and details about your request.

6. Digital Content and Subscriptions

Your purchase of digital content or subscriptions grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, distributing, reselling, or making digital content publicly available without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Event Participation

Tickets for events are valid only for the specific date, time, and location indicated. You are responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other personal arrangements. Event details may change; Frequency House will notify registered participants of significant changes. If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a refund as outlined above.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with anyone else's use of the Site. You also agree not to upload, post, transmit, or share content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Frequency House or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Frequency House disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
